Day 14, very up and down

Day 14 of Seroxat, struggling with sleep still, waking up at least 3 times a night and have a really bad headache, anyone else experienced this? I'm hoping things will start picking up soon as I'm past the 2 week mark now

I had a headache for weeks and didn't sleep great for around 4 weeks, I would wake around 3am and that would be for the day :( What time of day are you taking it?

hi there ive been on seroxat about 6 weeks now 30mg but my sleep is awfull .I wake up about 3 times a night then fully awake about 5am and always feel very anxious ,I hope your sleep gets better soon my gp said its fine for me to take nytol 1 a night I also have tamazipan sleeping tabs good luck sue

I've been taking it early evening time around 6/7 pm. Is that not a good idea?

The thing is I work nights so not sure when is the best time to take it

I was taking it before going to bed but it was the pharmacist who said to me to take it in the morning. My sleep has totally settled since changing to mornings.

I might take it now then, is it ok just to change dose times like that?
