When I have a panic attack, I have this fear of being locked in. It's not really claustrophobia, because I'm not in a small space or anything, but I just feel I need to get out of the house, to get fresh air (the garden is not 'open' enough, though big enough to sit and walk around, but with the fences on each side it still feels 'locked in'). Walking around the neighbourhood helps, going over to the park across the street works even better. I need open spaces, fresh air.......!!

I know exactly how you feel. I get like that occassionally to once hubby went to work early and locked the door and I couldn't find my keys to get out. I really panicked!

Can't beat that fresh air feeling hey!

Take Care,
