Not seeing anyway forward... My worlds fallen apart :-(

Please don't do that Hun. I wish I had a magic answer for you but I don't. Please don't give up go back and see your doc and tell him how bad you are feeling there is help out there for you. Please also think about going to that group that we talked about being around other people who understand may be a big help.

But please please don't give up you have so much of your life ahead of you.

Aw erm, I'm sure it's not that bad :)

It's about focusing on the positives, but I don't know if that kind of advice actually helps ._.

It's what I do though! I focus on the good things no matter how small, and remember the things in life that mean something to me. It erm, seems to help me ^^
