Can anyone relate?
Lately I have been getting a severe fullness in my upper abdomen, it occurs even in the morning when I havent even eaten anything.. I feel really hungry but I can't eat because my upper abdomen just feels so full..

Does anyone else have this? Is it all down to anxiety?

Anxeity can cause many different symptoms, when we are anxious our body suppresses our appetite. Does it eventually pass and you are able to eat? If so, I would imagine it is just anxiety, but if you very concerned talk with doctor.
