Seriously guys, i don't understand anxiety at times! the last few weeks i have been struck down with major anxiety again and it was starting to get me to breaking point! thing is because as many of you know, when you have anxiety it is hard to get out of the pattern that may of got you there in the first place. thing is i have had no let up in anxiety and no change in mindset (i think) but the last two days have been completely anxiety free! almost like it was like "Oh god damn i can't break this person so im just gonna pack up and leave"
