I've been posting on the cipramil forum for a few days now and am finding this site v.helpful.
Abit about me:

I'm lisa, aged 41 from Kent, UK. Married with 2 kids :)

I have suffered from GAD/ depression since my early 20's.
I am normally a very social, bubbly talkative person but am going through a bad blip atm and have had to increase my meds.

I'm keen to make friends and chat as it helps me and I hope could help others.

Ty. I feel more myself in the eves atm. It's a great site and so reassuring to know that this is a common illness and I'm not the only one. Mental illness can make u feel so lonely. This site is my lifeline atm as I'm signed off work x
