citalopram and ibuprofen

Hey I am back after a couple of months on the forum!
So, I am taking since many years citalopram, currently on 30mg.
I am also sometimes taking 10mg amitryptiline to help my sleep.

I had two days ago an injury at my knee and I have crutches and some pain.

I went to A&E and the doctor advised to take ibuprofen for few days.
I said that I was on citalopram and stomach issues sometimes and she said nothing about interaction.

I said I would prefer not taking it, if I could avoid if the pain was not too bad and she said I am strongly advised to take it, not just for the pain but for the anti-inflammatory effect.

I know there is interaction.. I am not sure what should I do?
I will take one tonight, but then I don't want to start to panick if I shouldn't :p

Oh thanks a lot.
Maybe the long term use.
But if I should take them for few days I hope it's ok.
Anyway the doctor at A&E would have told me :P
