Hi everyone,
Hope you're all doing OK today.
I'm Sleepy Dorset, Sleepy because I suffer from M.E (CFS) and Fibro and Dorset because that's where I live here in the UK!
I have suffered with panic attacks, GAD and health anxiety since I was in my late teens, I have dealt with it myself over the years as I have never found a supportive G.P.
Since giving up work due to my poor health I have been finding forums to chat to people who suffer from the same problems as me and this looks like a good place to chat to like minded folks and to also ask any questions and perhaps calm my nerves!
I look forward to reading the forums :)
