I created most of these a little while ago when I was at my worst. I've found they can be quite therapeutic at times so perhaps they'd help you guys too.
Some of them may be a little melancholy, but I guess that just reflects the mood at the time :)

I wondered about putting this post in arts and crafts, but that seemed to be more geared towards drawing and writing etc, but perhaps the mods could move this post if it belongs there.
