allergic reaction to propranolol

I started this last monday and today i had a reaction to something but scared to death its now propranolol as when i checked if it was ok to take antihistamines it says that propranolol can cause anaphalatic shock :-/ so scared as i am alone tonight and took my other dose before i read this but surely if i was allergic it would of happened before now??

hi yes you would av had a reaction before now so please dont worry

i had an op recently and on the first attempt it had to be stopped as i took an anaphalactic shock under anasthetic it happened within 2 mins and took a surgeon an aneatatist and theatre staff to stabalise me so dont worry hun you will be fine

also i have taken propanalol and antihistamines in the past with no problems hope this reassure you xx
