i've got an inflamed (not blocked) nose. when i breathe in hard, hardly any air gets through. i have this feeling like im not getting enough air especially during exercise, but when i breathe through my mouth it feels a little better, though still some slight breathless feelings.
my o2 saturation was 98% and the doctor said my lungs sounded clear.
do you think it's my nose? lmao.
nobody else knows what the hell i'm talking about.

i have heard of something called *Paradoxical obstruction* but I haven't had any surgery. apparently lack of air travelling past nasal nerves makes people feel like they're suffocating.

Well... what do you think? I believe you answered your own question ;)

Try Breathe Right Nose Strips. I suffer from allergies and put one on when I go to sleep. Helps tremendously.

Good Luck!

I know my allergies have ALOT to do with my anxiety. I feel like I can't breathe which then turns into I'm dizzy and then it goes on and on and on. My doctor gave me flonase spray which helps a bit, I am not allowed to take any of the god decongestants because they make my already racy heart to racy :)
You're fine, I promise!
