I've been getting this pain on and off for a while. It's in my lower back on the right just above hip area and is very sharp and hits out of nowhere. When it hits I can the pain there and just under my right breast in the rib area at the exact same time. It's very sharp and I feel like I have just been stabbed. Does it a few times then stops. No pattern to it happening, just hits for no reason. Worrying me as to what it could be as it does make me cry out when it happens. Googling not helped as can't find anything like it :shrug:
