Frankincense and dizziness

Anyone used frankincense to get rid of anxiety dizziness, as it slows down breathing, it should stop hyper ventilation and the associated symptoms.

However, there are so many varieties, anyone know which is the most therapeutic?

I use it sometimes in a carrier oil when I do aromatherapy massages.
