hard nodes in groin? anyone has experience?

Hi aside from my GI issues, today I found a hard but small node on the side of my groin. It is in the crease on the left of the pelvic triangle (where it meets the leg). I can't see it but I can feel it under my skin. I'm not sure if it is mobile or not but it doesn't seem to be very moveable.

I am going nuts, can anyone else feel their lymph nodes in their groin? are they soft or hard. I am thin but if so I should be able to feel all my other lymph nodes? Freaking out again and I'm so tired ... of feeling this way. I am wondering if I should run to the doctor?! Anyone please?

I know thanks Nicola .. I have read them. I'm just worried because they don't seem moveable and are quite hard ... can't seem to find any information on these except scary stuff. :(
