It is tough viewing but is all about mental health this week and shows how paramedics deal with 999 calls about mental health issues.

I saw on Twitter that there are scenes where one person has a panic attack, one tried to commit suicide and another about self harm.

If anyone wants to watch it: BE CAREFUL AS SOME SCENES MAY BE DISTRESSING OR TRIGGERING

I watch it every week. I loved the one on Mental health. It showed a
fantastic variation how how people suffer. xx
