Getting hot under skin? Side effect?

Hi all just a quickie,
Been waking up for the past few mornings and feeling like my blood is boiling under my skin,can't really explain, kinda like the beginning of panic but then it goes? it only lasts a few seconds and then goes.
Been like it on and off thru the day, is this a side effect?
So sleepy too, which I no is a side effect x

I'm the same sick in the morning, dread on waking.
Can't eat. Went up to 15 yesterday.

It's a slow rd tbh. Feel generally sick and weak all day but improves in eve. Day 17 xx

i get this, it tends to come and go throughout the day though, i feel like i'm suddenly on fire, my cheeks glow red like i'm having a hot flush maybe LOL, i get clammy and hot when everyone around me is saying how chilly it is... then it passes and i'm "normal" again. i get cold sweats at night too, normally i'm a really cold person and i usually like an extra blanket to snuggle under or the heating on etc but at the moment, even under a thin sheet i'm waking up sweating...
