head zaps when asleep

[anxiety nightmare]

hi folks,ive had anxiety issues for around 25 years,and have probably experienced most symptoms in that time,however ive recently started getting one that is new,when i a am asleep or just about to nod off,i get a falling feeling in my head,which wakes me up,also experience for a few seconds my room moving from left to right? my legs also jerk a lot when i am lightly asleep,,anyone have any ideas on this? thanks in advance:)

Yup, me too. I get sinking feelings in my chest and weird dizzy feelings in my head. Also if you sit up too fast you can totally make the room spin. All stupid anxiety.
