My body hates me!
Im having very low pelvic pain, im worrying this is a bowel.obstruction. Why is it always one.thing after another!:(

Because your body is in red alert and searching out every even slightly uncomfortable sensation.

You need to find a way of altering your reaction otherwise you are just in a vicious and never ending cycle. Seriously Roxy, this has to come from you, you have to want it badly and you have to be prepared for it to be tough.
