Yes I used to get it.

You may find that correct breathing helps it

I get it all the time and more so when I am tired or more stressed. Thought it was vertigo at first, have you tried getting assessed? :)

Hi Jen I know its anxiety because earlier this year for 6 weeks all my symptoms disappeared and would you believe on Tuesday this week my symptoms dissappeared from 11am for the rest of the day,but returned the next day,totally illogical is'nt.Thank you for your reply.:)

Could still be menieres disease. I asked myself as my first symptoms for this chronic anxiety where dizzy spells. Then I slowly realised I was losing my hearing over 10 years. I now have tinnitus 24/7 and my hearing is poor thing n my right ear. I have never been diagnosed with menieres but the symptoms of dizzyness or feeling unsteady come and go.

Get checked out for a ear problem.

Are you having blood sugar issues? Perhaps, the adrenal glands are not performing well. Over stressed or low functioning.
