small fatty lump behind back of leg

Hi all :) Has anyone felt behind the back of there leg above the knee in the middle going up, a small fatty lump, I can feel it more when my legs are up in the air lying on my back, it has really frighten me it feels like small fatty lump:lac:

Could it possibly be just a "small fatty lump"? Do I dare ask what you're doing with your legs in the air on your back when you felt it? ;)
