New to Panic Disorder!

Hi, My name is John.

Earlier this month i was diagnosed with panic disorder resulting in agoraphobia! i had been seeing a dr for the first time in 10 years and somehow because she/they couldn't figure out what is wrong, i now have anxiety and panic!

I have lost my job due to not being able to leave the house, but i have gotten engaged, she says she isn't going anywhere during!

Just looking for some advice and to see what others might say/do that can help self medicate.

Hi, I was diagnosed with pd in 2003... U can get better. I had almost 10 yrs symptom free..it has returned but every time u go through it u learn more ways to cope.

Hi everyone i'm new here and i'm looking forward to giving support aswell as receiving support from all of yous wonderful ppl, i've suffered with panic attacks for 12 years and now i have developed an anxiety disorder, so i'm glad i've joined up been looking at threads for months now and i can really relate so as i said before i look forward to speaking to everyone.
