spitting blood?

woke up with white tongue, scraped all white thick goo off it then brushed by tongue. tons of blood spitting out, assuming off tongue, any idea?

A white coating on the tongue is not unusual, especially first thing in the morning or if you've been eating dairy foods.

In all likelihood it started bleeding because you were scraping the white stuff off!! Our tongues are more sensitive than we think to that kind of stuff.
