hi! i'm ali, i'm a college student in the southern us. i joined this site because in the last, say, 2 months the tendency i have had for overactive anxiety escalated into full-blown anxiety that is interfering with my life. also since then i have started to have periods of depression, haven't really been depressed in six years. i'm ready to feel like myself again. i've been lurking this website for a few weeks and i didn't think it would hurt to join and maybe get some support or sympathy for what i've been dealing with.
