I have a small patch of skin on the inside of my knee that's very sore - no mark

So as the title says.

It's a little patch of skin that is stinging and a little sore but there's no visible mark which makes no sense.

Anyone know what this could be?

Feels like the feeling on your skin you get when you have the flu but only one small patch.

I just posted a question regarding a very similar pain and in the same location as well as other locations. Did you ever find out what this could be?

No I didn't but it's gone now. Very strange.
