Heart pains after celebratin a goal

Hi guys ,

Me again , just wondering I this really sounds like panic/anxiety. Today , I celebrated after a goal in the football and I got a massive deep heart pain after I sat down , it was like my heart and upper body was being pulled or inside my chest was being crushed. I have also had heart pains this wel after eating chicken and a burger, and after I jogged up a slope , this has been really concerning for me . I will arrange to see a doctor ASAP . In the meantime , can I get an opinion on what this sounds like please ?

pulled muscle? inflamed sternum to ribs (cartilage). Acid reflux, GERDS, gastritis: so to many things are in your chest, it's not automatically your heart, but the only way you will be able to stop panic/anxiety over it, is to get it checked out, even if you don't have the money it is better to be safe than sorry.
