My right eyelid is going into an upward spasm every time I flinch, or cough, or rub my eye, it looks really weird and is freaking me out. (It has been twitching on and off for years, but this spasm is new) The right side of my face is tingly/tickly too. I am feeling like I am going mad and also I think I have hurt my neck and back and I am coming down with a cold. I don't feel like I can cope with it. :(
