I am long time sufferer of HA. For the last few weeks I have felt like I am walking a very fine line between having a full blown panic attack and just feeling really stressed. A couple of times this weekend I was so bad with shortness of breath that I took an ativan and it helped immensely. I am not on any other meds. Today I am again feeling short of breath but I am having very odd and painful skin sensations that feel like a very bad rug burn but only last a few seconds. There is nothing on the skin that i can see. Anyone else have this? Thanks in adavance!
