I have had a small red patch just under eye for three weeks. It's like dry skin. It sometimes goes a bit dry but is not like a lump. I'm so scared

It sounds like it could be a skin pigmentation caused by the dry skin? My mum has a red patch between her eyebrows , that she gets dry skin on quite a bit, but even when the sky isn't dry and flakey it is still red. However if your worried, its always best to get it checked out x

Could just be a patch of dry or irritated skin especially with the weather turning a bit colder. Unlikely to be anything sinister but if it hangs around you could get it checked out - I had a red dry patch on my leg that turned out to be a fungal infection. Nothing nasty really and really easily cured, but did need a prescription for antifungal cream.

Sounds just like dry skin.

Get some cream, something like E45.

Use it for a week and see what happens. If not pop along to the GP for anti-fungal cream.
