First time taking propranolol

After my GP gave me Diazepam for a day to see if they helped he has now prescribed with propranolol (30mg a day) which he said was a low dose.

I have taken one tonight ( 7pm) to see how I react to them

What is everyones opinion on them?

I would like to know if daily activities such as going to the shops/working will be affected greatly?

I take 80mgs and apart from being abit tired it doesn't stop me doing anything ,and they have helped with my anxiety ,you should be okay :D

Second say of taking it and it is not working, I still panic and get very upset/tearful and anxious. Im now wanting my diazepam back

its early days like any medication it takes time ,but if you feel that bad I would go back to your gp good luck :hugs:
