hi everyone,i'm a 41 year old female,i have suffered with acute anxiety panic attacks ptsd vertigo and agoraphobia for over 25 years.I am prescribed pregabolin and diazapam and citalopram every day amongst other things,and these days most of the time i can function quite well,although agoraphobia seems to have an enormous grip i cannot get out of.I joined this forum to hear other peoples stories and learn how they cope with the day to day fight against all mental health issues,and probably not to feel so alone,even though i have a supportive partner,children and grandchildren,This is a battle that is fought alone.
