So I have been on cipralex for about 6 weeks along with weekly counselling and have actually seen a dramatic improvement in my health anxiety well that is until yesterday when the doc told me this common cold has turned into bronchitis.
Now I am back to square one I feel like this is the end, I am having trouble breathing I feel like the bronchitis Is going to close my airway and I will drop dead I also feel like I am going to pass out when I have a coughing fit which scares me to no end so I am trying to suppress my cough so nothing bad happens to me.
Advice or thoughts would be greatly appreciated
