Can't take these symptoms any more

Palpitations are driving me insane. I just don't know where to turn next. Just had a thud which shook my chest. Saw my breast move with it!
I've been having flutters all day, for day. sometimes I get a full feeling in my head after.
Had tests, nothing picked up apparently but they're just not getting any better

Has anyone else had it where every single move they make seems to set the palps off?
I got out to my daughter crying earlier and when I got back into bed I just felt like I couldn't breath and my chest was tight.
I know I'm under some pressure again at the moment and desperately trying to reason that the skipped beats are part of this but sometimes they feel so dramatic. Sometimes they're just a tickle but lots if times are really big sinking feelings or sharp twinges.
I've started worrying that what I thought were esophagial spasms are actually my heart. Yesterday I had some sensations in my upper middle chest and got some palps there too.
It's never ending.
Sorry waffling on but need to get it out as can't believe any of this doesn't suggest a serious problem.
