Good to know NMP is here!!!

Hi,

I had been anxiety free for about a year, then last week it hit me again with a bang. This time its more dizzyness and a heavy feeling in my head along with being jittery!

I have managed to stay at work and get through at home, even although I just want to run away.

But the main reason for this post is to say that one of the first things I do when I feel the way I felt last week is reach for my laptop as I know NMP is here. Its great to have somewhere I can come and read and talk to others the same as me.

Thanks Trixi. I was anxiety free for about 2 years now its back with a bang. I have anxiety when at home too that I find the worst. Keep going, know its hard I am trying to give acceptance a go to try and stop fighting my anxiety.
