Help ppanicking about stabbing pains on and off for couple of days after 4day migraine

Hi, I get migraines all the time. Usually after I`ve had a bad attack for days after I get stabbing pains in my head too and my head aches all over. I know it`s hard but try not to worry, I`m sure everything will be fine. Hope you feel better soon.

Yeah I've had all that before. For me it was/is neck tension and I bet it's related to muscle tension for you too.

Tension in the shoulders can cause pains all over the head/face.

Hi, usually it takes me a few days after the attack to feel `normal` again. If your starting to feel anxious you need to try and distract yourself, it`s hard but it does help. Watching something funny or reading a good book works for me.
