Help please!

I am having an anxiety attack and have just had terrible diarrhea :( it might be a side effect to my new medication but now I am panicking something is terribly wrong with me

I just feel helpless.

I worked so hard to stay at work today, I felt proud I made it and even did a food shop. Sat down to a candlelit meal with my boyfriend and hours later I ma a wreck

Are you allergic to any types of food?
I didn't know I was Lactose and Gluten intolerant til I was in my 30s.
Milk used to give me diarrhea all the time.
