I started taking st john's wort last night as I've started to feel really low and thought it may help.
I woke up with a headache, so took a couple of paracetamol about 8am an t hen another couple at 12.
I've suddenly realised that st john's wort can interact with a lot of other medication and I'm worried that there'll be adverse effects and I'll have done myself some harm.
I didn't really want to use doctor Google, and I wondered if anyone had any experience of this?

I have read a lot about what St Johns Wort interacts with which made me not want to use it. As far as i can remember there was no mention of paracetamol. I just stuck with 5-HTP and Valerian :)

Thank you. There's lots of conflicting info out there. I only took 1 tablet though so hopefully all will be ok.

Mostly St John's Wort will interact with things that are similar like SSRI's, sedative drugs and some prescription drugs. Doubtful any interaction with paracetamol

Yes it's fine to take paracetamol with anti-D's.
