Is this a brain zap?

Hello all,

I have been having an issue lately when I move my eyes I get like a horrible electric shock feeling behind my eyes that makes me feel numb. Looking into this, could this be brain zaps?

I have been on Citalopram for six months, and still take my 30mg religiously each day so I wouldn't expect to get brain zaps until I was coming off them.

They are freaking me out big time.

It is highly possible,but Id get my eyes checked out to be sure.
I usually get Zaps in my forehead,but not very often.

Thanks I will have to book an eye appt. It seems to get worse as the day goes on, when I first get up I am ok but throughout the day it gets more frequent. It's driving me insane and I am getting really down with it.

Woohooo. I googled it and now I have MS (AGAIN!!)
