Tonight I chilled out in a seaweed bath, I bought it on line from Ireland £9.50 it's comes in a netted bag which you put in a bowl with boiling water for 5/10 mins then tip this into the bath then carry on filling the bath up.
At this point It doesn't smell very nice, but the benefits are supposed excellent for you bringing the toxins out of your body, helps with lower body stress and skin conditions. It leaves your skin feeling so soft afterwards.

Just thought I'd share this with you, have a read

It sounds like a con to me to be honest - sorry

Sounds lovely to me! Seaweed is high in iodine which is great for healing and for your skin. I often have epsom salt baths and they are great too, but I had never thought to have a seaweed bath. Thank you for sharing.
