No googling about health for 5 days

Sorry for not telling you about me not be available in the chat room from Monday 28th October to 1st November went to Belgium by coach and ferry.
It was not a nice trip down with the winds and rain to Dover as well as the ferry journey over. Last night with the rain and number of accidents on the motorways plus smoke.
I done really well not wanting to google (did not have any access to a computer in the hotel we stayed in, no chance of wondering into an internet café with the amount of time we spent each day in the a different city.

How will I do now, I will try not to Google bad stuff. or read bad stuff health wise.

I wish I could keep it up, whilst being in the UK, I dread to think what I will be like if I had a tablet with WIFI on holiday. Thankfully even though when I have access to computer on hotel, I just look at sport and weather websites, no health sites.

I am have started again worrying about my health
