I'm hoping that someone has some experience with good websites or good books on CBT. Would love to do some positive reading and work some exercises either online or in a book.
I'm having a good morning for a change and I'm very thankful. The support that I receive on here has really helped. The other thing that seems to be helping is watching some type of comedy that makes me laugh for about 30 minutes every evening.
This is the end of my 2nd week on citalopram and the side effects seem to be wearing off somewhat.
Any CBT suggestions would be appreciated.

There is an online one that is recommended on this site but I cant remember what it is called:doh:
I am certain someone will read this and know how to point you in the right direction.

Well done for getting through the last two week:)

I think this is the website you're thinking of Sarah:

https://moodgym.anu.edu.au/welcome

It's a free, self learning course of CBT, it's very good! My GP recommended it to me, so you know if doctors are telling you to use it that it must be good :)
