Anyone using Claire weekes therapy for anxiety?

Absolutely.... There area thousands of therapies and methods out there .. But Claire Weekes was the first and still the best even if a little dated.

I have a couple of her books and when I was going through the worst times in my life with anxiety/depression, every page made sense and I could always revert back to her pages when I wasn't feeling good. I wouldn't say she was a cure but she does help you make sense of your feelings.
