Spots

So, haven't needed to post on here for a while. Am off my medication but am still seeing my therapist (which is a good thing). Have just showered and noticed a red spot on my left breast - near the underside - and another, smaller one, on the other breast.

Of course I'm now thinking it's cancer. Which I know it's likely not to be but I can't stop the thoughts. Am so tempted to google but I know that'll be a world of misery. :weep:

Could be pimples or you could have been bitten by something. Cancer is ALWAYS worst case scenario.

I know, am just having a bad day I guess and every thought seems to be worse case scenario.
