Last night I got up and stretched my neck by putting my head over to my left shoulder. I got a sharp pain going down between my shoulderblades and down my back. My vision started flickering in and out and everything seemed slightly blue. I started panicking and eventually it stopped. Probably only lasted 30 seconds.
After that I went back to bed and tried to settle back down but felt shaky and panicked for the rest of the night.
What can this be? Could this really be caused by a trapped nerve?
