Hello fellow anxious people. My name is Ella, I'm 27, and I'm slowly coming to terms with the fact that I'm a total hypochondriac. The last straw was ending up in A&E at 2am, convinced I had tetanus because of a tiny cut on my finger. I finally had to admit to myself that that is the behaviour of someone with health anxiety.
This is a brilliant site and I've been lurking on the forums for a few months now, reading through some of the excellent advice that people have posted, and reminding myself that I am not alone. Thought it was about time I came out of the woodwork :)
Thank you all for being here to understand, I hope I can do the same for you.
