anyone awake please help me

i was just waching tv and all of a sudden i got a heat area on the centee of my chest and it hasnt gone yet its been going on for like 5 mins, like a burning/hot ara on the centre of my chest.
I'm scared its a heart attack or the beginning of one anyone awake please

I'm home alone too, so i cant even talk to anyone im freaking out right now trying to remain as calm as possible at the same time..

i would say both, but i have cold hands but its deffo hot under skin
I took gaviscone after i had eaten about, 8ish and all of a sudden this happens whilst lying in bed...
im so scared i just rang my mum

still the same, i took another 2 spoons of gaviscone and its still there
