My grandad passed away sunday night and his funeral is next week, my anxiety is at an all time high atm, but i'm trying my best to calm myself down whenever i have a mini panic att, i usually get like 6 a day!
im trying to keep calm as possible, and i know how bad anxiety can get quickly.
What can i do to stop thinking about myself and to focus on more serious matters.

also i keep getting pain in my right bicep, or like a squeezing feeling in bicep and tricep, its just on my right arm.
This has been going since 2 weeks or so now.
