Panic/Anxiety/Low mood

I have been on this site a few times with regard to my Citalopram I was on 10mg every other day. A few weeks ago I decided to come off them, at first I felt fine but in the last week my mood has been low, ive been feeling angry, want to scream and shout, cry and my health anxiety is coming back. I decided to go back on the Cit 10mg every day as my Dr recommended this.
I don't really know what im trying to say, just that I cant go back to feeling like this, I don't want to do anything or talk to anyone.

It sounds like coming of the meds so quick has made you feel worse. Hopefully now that you have started to take them again you will start to feel better.

I got like that when I came off citilopram, exactly like you. I have to take it now which is disappointing but better than being off them.
