Can't breath????

Ok I've had a chest infection since Saturday I feel exhausted chest is so sore can't stop coughing been on the couch all day but all of a sudden had a sensation like I can't breath can't get it out of my head now and getting worried can't wait to feel normal again.

You can breathe you're just unwell, anxious and dwelling on it. Get well soon, I know bugs and virus infections can kick so at times :hugs:

Rach just rest, let your body heal. Make sure you drink plenty, take pain meds if necessary (and you're ok to take them) and get yourself back to rights. I'm sure you'll be feeling better in a few days :)
