My symptoms ATM

Hi I've been having these symptoms on and off since Monday

Nausea
Heartburn
Chest pain sometimes below rib cage and twinges in top right

Anyone no what this could be

It sounds like it's just exactly what you've described - heartburn/indigestion. Can cause all of those things and is made worse by stress. Try some over the counter indigestion/acid remedies, maybe? Gaviscon, Rennies, etc? But if it doesn't clear up the GP might be able to prescribe something stronger. Either way, those symptoms sound pretty common (certainly common on this board!!) and although unpleasant they're not usually anything really serious.
