a very timid hello!

what a delight it is to find such a lovely forum. my name is Margaret, and on the surface i am a confident assertive business woman, however beneath this mask lies a very vulnerable anxious soul. it is very difficult for me to confide in friends, family as i have to keep up the charade.
i'm hoping to meet like minded individuals to assist me on my journey to recovery.
